One half contains the pigment rich, water resistant colour, which goes on smoothly as a matte colour. If you want to give it an ultra-shine clear gloss topcoat, simply open the other half and apply.

As well as vitamin E and silicone, this quality product also contains Maxigloss plus, an added ingredient that ensures long wear and prevents feathering of the lips.

This colour is called 'Tarte' - it is a light and bright pink with a subtle gold shimmer. This is the palest of the Icon Dual gloss shades.
