Sale Representative Information:

*   HD Beauty is looking for independent sales reps in select areas of the country. Independent sales reps work from their own home or office in their territory.
*   HD Beauty will pay 20% of all sales (not including postage costs). Commission checks are cut once per month on paid orders. Incentive and bonus programs are available. 
*   Orders can be called in, by e-mail and will be verified by the main office. We are working on an online database and the ability to send your orders in on a form on the website.
*   Orders will be shipped direct to the customer and the customer will pay the main company, so there are no billing concerns for the HD Beauty sale representative.
 *   Sale Representative can cover as large or as small of an area in their territory as they would like, but are expected to keep in regular contact with active customers.
*   Products and packaging for displays are available to HD Beauty Sale Represetative at distributor costs. You get to choose what products work best for you and your clients.

HD Beauty Supply Ordering Policy:

Professionals Only:
We sell strickly to licensed salon professionals, salon owners, beauty schools, and students. We require license numbers when placing your first order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
If any products is not satisfactory you can return it with 30 days for full credit or refund of purchase price or exchange new products. After 30 days all malfunction or defective items need to be sent to manufacturers. All sales on nippers or tools are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic purposed. All special orders are not returnable. Books and videos are not returnable unless packaged in the original shrinkwrap. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on any returns. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via ground service.

Special Orders:
If you are interested in product or certain size of product that you don't see in our web store or our catalog, please call our customer service department to place your order. All special orders must be prepaid and are non returnable.

Refused Packages:
For COD shipments please have payment available upon delivery. All refused packages are subject to a $25 fee that must be paid before any future orders are shipped. All future orders must be prepaid.

Sale Tax:
Please add applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered with in California. Sales Tax Resale Certificates must be provided when placing your order to waive sales tax on retail items.

Methods Of Payment:
We accept: Paypal. Master Card, Visa, Check Card. You may also pay COD with a business, cashier or personal check, $8.00 COD fee will be applied to your order. Check should be made payable to "HD Beauty Supply".
